The objectives of the Southern Tuolumne County Historical Society [STCHS] are to preserve the historical treasures of our county and present them for public enjoyment and education. To further this mission, we rely on our fundraising activities.
Labor Day, Sunday, September 5, 2010, Pine Mountain Lake Stables will once again be the site for the 2nd annual barbeque fundraiser. This event is the largest gathering of STCHS members and supporters from throughout the community since the opening of the Museum/Library nearly a decade ago. With your help this annual event helps fund the restoration of the 1852 gold rush era Wells Fargo Building in Big Oak Flat.
